• Call data we process for our customers. When SpeedToLead answers calls for a contracting business, those calls are recorded and transcribed, and we capture the caller's name, service address, and job details so the business receives a complete lead. The AI identifies itself as an AI assistant on every call.
• Website analytics. We use a Meta (Facebook) pixel and standard server logs to measure how visitors find and use this site.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the service: answer calls, qualify and book jobs, and deliver leads to the business that hired us.
• To contact you about your signup, onboarding, and account.
• To operate, secure, and improve SpeedToLead.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use callers' information to market unrelated products.

3. How we share information

We share information only with the service providers that make SpeedToLead run — telephony, AI voice and transcription, and hosting providers — and only to the extent needed to operate the service. We may also disclose information if required by law. Lead details captured on a call are shared with the business whose line was called; that is the service working as intended.

Lead records, recordings, and transcripts are retained so our customers can review, follow up on, and export their leads. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact method below, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal or billing reasons.

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
• Opt out of any marketing messages — service messages about your account will still be sent.
