Terms of Service

1. The service

SpeedToLead is an AI receptionist for contracting businesses. We answer calls and texts on your existing number, qualify the job, book it against your availability, and deliver each lead to you with its recording and transcript. The assistant identifies itself as an AI on every call.

2. The free pilot

Your first 20 qualified leads are free, with no credit card required. The pilot ends when 20 qualified leads have been delivered or 30 days pass, whichever comes first. There is no obligation to continue.

3. Pricing after the pilot

After the pilot, you pay a flat rate per qualified lead, by trade, as published on this website: Restoration $45, Roofing $22, Plumbing $14, HVAC $14, Garage doors $11, Electrical $9. There is no subscription and no per-minute charge. Rates may change with at least 30 days' notice; the rate in effect when a lead is delivered is the rate you pay for it.

4. What counts as a qualified lead

A qualified lead is a genuine prospective customer for your trade, in your service area, captured with their contact details and job information. You are never billed for: spam or robocalls, vendors and solicitors, wrong numbers, job applicants, existing customers calling about an open job, duplicates (same caller, same issue, within 7 days), or any interaction our AI never handled.

5. Billing and disputes

After the pilot, charges are invoiced monthly to the card you place on file, itemized per lead with a link to its recording and transcript. You may dispute any lead within 7 days of delivery; disputed leads are credited automatically.

6. Your number, your data

You keep your business number — we answer by forwarding, and if you cancel, the number and your lead history remain yours. You can export every lead with its recording and transcript at any time.

7. Cancellation

Cancel anytime. No contract, no annual lock-in, no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops answering and billing at the end of the current billing cycle; leads already delivered remain billable unless disputed under Section 5.

8. Your responsibilities

• Keep your business information current (hours, services, service area, fees the AI may quote) — the AI works from what you give it.
• Use the service lawfully, including any call-recording or consent requirements that apply to your business.
• Review delivered leads promptly; you are responsible for following up and for the work you perform.

9. No guarantees; limitation of liability

The AI is a tool, not a person: it can misunderstand a caller, and we do not guarantee bookings, revenue, or error-free transcripts. Recordings are provided so you can verify every lead. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes and contact
